Currently under going restructuring resulting in redundancies - mainly the very experienced staff are gone. This apparently has no direct impact on schools or pupils. It is difficult to know what they class as a direct impact as it has certainly impacted on my son and the school. I think it is now predictable that that the service and support has taken a direct hit, and chaos is the only thing that will now reign. The lead QTVI has 5 years experience as a manager and they will need every piece of that to balance 3 jobs which is how much her role has expanded. The kids are the only ones who will be effected by this.
