DIAL (Disability Information and Advice Line), supported by Scope, is a national network of 120 disability advice centres run by and for disabled people.

DIAL information and advice services are based throughout the UK and provide information and advice to disabled people and others on all aspects of living with a disability. Information and advice are usually available on:
- welfare benefits
- community care
- equipment
- independent living
- mobility and transport
- discrimination
- holidays.
