Excellent Opthalmology service. Kindly helpful advice and warm communications. I was treated with dignity and respect, felt valued and given many resources to support my independence. The ophthalmologist really does go the extra mile and the team as a whole are genuinely kind and supportive. I cannot find fault with the whole package of services. Thank you Focus low vision service, you make a real difference to the lives of many people.

I visited Focus recently for help with my macular degeneration. Both my wife and myself were treated extremely well. We were offered a drink on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The ophthalmologist was extremely understanding and professional and I came away feeling I had been listened to. The advice given was extremely helpful and I certainly felt more confident and hopeful. Also thanks to Steward who explained various features on the computer. A very positive experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending your service. I was told I would be seen again in about 6 months and also that I could phone with any concerns. It is so good to know that I can pick up the phone if need be. Thanks to everyone. King regard, Fred Glover

This was our second visit to Focus our first one being 6 months ago for my husbands macular degeneration condition. We cannot recommend this organisation enough. They are very professional and caring. They have given us a lot of information plus visual aids and nothing is too much trouble for them. On both occasions we have come away with a positive feeling. It is so nice to have your questions answered and to know that you can always contact them if you have concerns. We have been told that they will see my husband again in 6 months. Thank you to all at Focus for your dedication. Fred & Jackie

I called your branch, we wanted to buy 1 walking stick. The lady who answered was rude and wasn't interested at all. In fact, she wanted to put the phone down.
