Organisation details

The West Team of the KAB provides a comprehensive service to sight impaired people of any age or ability with all levels of sight loss in the Dartford, Gravesham, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Tonbridge and Malling and Tunbridge Wells.

They can assess individuals in their own homes and offer emotional support, benefits' advice, mobility training, advice on skills for independent living, low vision assessment and equipment provision.

I have been very impressed with the support my daughter has had from KAB, including Travel Training and advice on adaptations in the home. The staff are always very positive and helpful. I would certainly recommend anyone with a sight problem to contact them so that the right support is given to ensure each person lives a full life.
