Organisation details

New Outlook has a highly skilled and experienced staff team, trained to specialise in all matters relating to sensory impairment, multiple disabilities and complex needs.

The Association has two very sheltered housing schemes within Birmingham which are staffed 24 hours. Each scheme provides 25 one bedroom flats, let to frail elderly people who have a visual impairment or sight loss. The accommodation and grounds have been purpose built and designed to enable tenants to achieve and maintain independence within an enabling environment that supports and responds to their changing needs and wishes.

Transitional and respite care are also available.

The association works collaboratively with other agencies to provide services to support each individual, including occupational therapy, rehabilitation and care.
