I've used this service with my dad - I get the same excellent care & ridiculously cheap fare as he does when I'm travelling as an escort - just be aware that with individual pick-ups along the way, the times may not be as you requested - let them know any deadlines when you book and allow some extra time - lovely people always - superb service

I live with complex health issues which requires many hospital visits. I have used this service for three years now. From the booking to the travelling the service is above average, professional and value for money. I usually get the same driver so he knows me and my disability well and I get treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend this excellent service. Thank you.

I am delighted that this service still exists. I set it up when I worked for Barnsley district council for voluntary service - over 30 years ago x Congratulations on continuing this essential service

The drivers are fantastic, the woman in the office however is not. She's snappy, rude and doesn't seem to enjoy communication with elderly people. If you find that frustrating you're in the wrong job. There is no flexibility in the service, elderly people will be refused lifts because they didn't book soon enough. But the bus is almost empty and passes their street. It's such a shame. My low rating is for the rude lady in the office who answers calls, has lack of flexibility and lack of empathy with elderly people, some of which have dementia. So what if they ring six times to check a booking! The drivers I've met have all been kind, friendly, caring and do an amazing job. 5 stars for them
