Organisation details

The Brighton Dome is an arts venue in Brighton, England, that contains the Concert Hall, the Corn Exchange and the Studio Theatre.

Each year, they present and produce over 600 events spanning music, theatre, dance, comedy, literature, spoken word, visual arts, film, digital and more. They regularly have performances for adults and young people with a range of needs including relaxed performances, touch tours, audio description, BSL and productions by disabled artists.

They offer the following types of assisted performances:

Audio Description - with the actors' dialogue, which is relayed by a discreet headset.
Touch Tours - provides additional access to the stage area, set and characters before a performance
Captioned performances, British Sign Language interpreted performances and Highly Visual performances for Deaf or partially hearing visitors
Multi-sensory performances for people with learning disabilities
