Fuss Free Phones can put you through to friends and family, the doctor or to find you help in an emergency. Just press a button on the back of the phone to be connected to a friendly UK based telephonists who will have your phonebook and ask for the person you want to speak to.

Telephonists can type out text messages, ring back and read out text replies or look up things for you on the internet.

The free No Nuisance Calls service checks all incoming calls against the numbers in your phonebook. Anyone listed goes straight through to your Fuss Free Phones, all other calls are redirected to the telephonists who will assess if they should be connected. Scam, fraud and nuisance calls don’t get through.

Payment is kept simple and predictable it’s a monthly pre-pay with no contract and no obligation. Just £20 a month for 600 minutes and unlimited texts, unlike any other mobile phone service it’s a fixed price. We never charge more or cut you off without speaking to you first.
